Ticket Pick up & Activation

I want to Activate my E-Ticket.
1.- Click on the Button “Visit My Account” On your ticket email.
2.- On the New Page Click on the Button “Tickets”
3.- Make sure you have ONLY 1 TICKET. If you have MORE than 1 ticket you need to follow the instructions for Transfering Tickets. – Then, Click on “Complete your Ticket Information”
4.- Fill in the Questionnaire and Press “Submit”.
If you want to share room with your Friends, you all need to write down the same Team Name.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT YOUR ANSWERS, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION!
5.- As soon as you Submit your Information, you will receive a new email with your ticket.
I need to transfer tickets to my friends.
1.- Click on the Button “Visit My Account”.
2.- Click on the Button “Tickets”
3.- Click on the Button “Transfer” Next to the tickets you want to transfer to your friend.
NOTE: ONCE YOUR FRIEND ACCEPTS THE TICKET, YOU CAN’T GET IT BACK!
MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ONE TICKET FOR YOURSELF!
4.- Fill in your Friends Name and Email Address and press “Transfer”.
NOTE: The transfer will not work if you send it to your own email. Every ticket is linked to a unique name and an email.
IN THIS STEP YOU MUST WRITE YOUR FRIENDS FULL NAME AND EMAIL.
5.- Your Friend will receive an email with instructions on how to pickup and activate his ticket.
